Custom-Made Dresses – Return & Refund Policy

Custom-Made Production

All dresses are individually custom-made according to the
consumer’s personal measurements and/or specific design
instructions.
Each item is produced exclusively for the respective consumer
and cannot be resold.

No Right of Withdrawal / No Returns

Because the dresses are custom-made, the statutory 14-day
right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).
Custom-made dresses are therefore not returnable and not
refundable once production has begun.

Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided
production has not yet started.
If cancellation is accepted before production begins, a full
refund will be issued using the original payment method.(Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refunds.)

Defects or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your dress immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, defect, incorrect item, or confirmed
lost shipment, please notify us as soon as possible and provide
clear photos or videos where applicable.
If a defect or delivery issue is confirmed, statutory remedies
under German law apply. This may include repair or other
legally required remedies.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
